Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU:
- You have 30 days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- To do so, send an email to: niooramm@gmail.com
- Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after receipt of the returned item.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or perishable products.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior approval.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Liability
BPineda shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or any product (including loss of data, loss of profits, etc.).
